You could maybe just exec("PKE"...)
There's sample code in the archives of using gpg to do that kind of stuff...
Use popen instead of fopen if you run across my code that uses fopen.
(Mine's on an SSL server where the only logins are trusted, so being able
to see the data in ps is a non-issue.)
