mysql_fetch_row?

Hi all,
I have a table which has 4 fields ( Emp_ID, FName, Mid, LName). I have run a
query (Select * from Employee).
How could I fetch a row and send all field names and data of that specific
row to next page without coding each field manually by hyperlink? Should I
user mysql_fetch_row? Can anyone show me the simple codes for doing that.
I'll appreciate for any helps, thanks in advance!
