Problem with mail()

Hi guys,
I'm having problems sending emails with the mail() function!
It ALWAYS worked well but since I have upgraded to PHP 4.0.3pl1 it don't work! Im not shure if it is a PHP problem or a Sendmail problem, because I have upgraded Sendmail too, I'm running Sendmail 8.11.1.
Well, I have upgraded Apache too, Im running Apache 1.3.14!
I always upgrade Apache, Sendmail and PHP without problems, but this time I dont know what is the problem.
The only error, is in /var/log/messages:
Nov 6 22:12:53 machine sendmail[356]: eA6MCrh00356: from=nobody, size=0, class=0, nrcpts=0, relay=nobody@localhost
Anyone?
