This someone was Rasmus Lerdorf itself. He knows what he speak, because it
is very well supported throu PHP. Look up the crc32 function in the PHP
manual.
BTW it is called now mnoGoSearch.
The next best solution is now ht://Dig, available at http://www.htdig.org.
