I am looking in some possibilities for automatically documenting my functions and classes. Preferably with some markup in the sourcecode and easy to implement. I am running Linux on my desktop so w* stuff won't do it for me :) Can anyone point me in the right direction?Check out PHPDocumentor. http://www.phpdoc.org/ This is just one package of the many that are out there.
