There's a canonical PostToHost() user-function by that does this, and
Manuel Lemos' classes do that as well.
Basically, it's just opening a socket to the right port (80 usually) and
stuffing the right values down it, so PHP just provides port access, and
leaves the details to user-code. Keeps it lean and mean. :-)
