If you're running on the windows platform, you can also use the ODBC driver for MySQL. I've done that successfully in the past, although, you'll need to tell your isp to allow connections from your ip address range in permissions table in the mysql database. Have a look at www.mysql.com for the link. Once you've got odbc running, you can use any odbc compliant software to do what you want - excel, access even (cough cough). Cheers, Lawrence. -----Original Message----- From: Joe Maier [mailto:JMaier@maiersoft.de] Sent: November 8, 2000 04:29 PM To: David Snowden Cc: php-general@lists.php.net Subject: AW: [PHP] PHP/MySQl (Gui Interface) David, check out http://www.phpwizard.net/phpMyAdmin/ for a fully featured web based MySQL admin tool.
