caching problem

Hi
I have written a simple php script and incorporated it into an html page and it works fine.
The problem I have is when I change the script and upload it to my server, the changed code is
never invoked. The only way I have managed to pick up the new changes is to rename the html page to
something new.
I have no control over the server as it is an ISP but it runs Linux/Apache.
Has anyone come across this problem?
