Hi
We have a client on a linux server with PHP4 installed running in safe_mode.
The clients php scripts create folders which are created by PHP belong to
the
user group 'nobody' so PHP has no access to them. They get an error 'safe
mode restriction in effect'.
What is the solutions to this?
If we were to add their user account to the group nobody - would that defeat
the
point of having safe mode on or cause any other security problems and would
this solve the problem
Any thoughts on this?
