As I can see, gaetan needs a syntax for creating a table from file. Ajdin's syntax is used fro loading data from file into existing table. However, online manual will provide you with needed infromation, because a tipical SQL syntax is ever used when creating MySQL table. lancelot_ At 08:57 2000.11.09 +0000, you wrote: >LOAD DATA INFILE syntax (from the manual) > >Check the manual. > >Ajdin > > >On Thu, 9 Nov 2000, =?iso-8859-1?Q?Ga=EBtan_Lepargneul?= wrote: > >> hi everybody, >> >> I would like to know if it's possible to create a table from a file ? if yes >> which is the syntax >> thanks >> >> gaetan >> >> -- >> --------------------------------------------------------------------- >> Please check >> "http://www.mysql.com/documentation/manual.php" before >> posting.
