My development team.
Sorry if I was a little ambiguous.
I like the PEAR standards because it works for my team. I am not saying
that it is the be all and end all of standards, but I am saying that I
like the way that it is done to ensure consistency and readability in my
projects.

giving an answer to a question, I am not interested in arguing or
forcing my ideas on anyone else.
