QuickForm_Renderer_Tableless - template help

I don't understand how to rebuild the template so I don't have ordered lists for each fieldset when using HTML_QuickForm_Renderer_Tableless. outputted source code looks like this: <form action="/estimate.php" method="post" name="frmEstimate" id="frmEstimate">
