this is possible.. but you have to be very careful on what you put in the db, and who puts it there. I had a script doing exactly that.. I setup a form which had a text area, in which you could put a whole buncha code , and then when u ran it, it would run an eval on the field from the db, and run the code.. it worked great.. but people could then insert malicious code in the db.. and have fun.
