Hi all, I created and posted a PHP-General Mailing List Mail database. This database will allow you to search the db for previously posted messages by subject, message text or author. The system automagically receives all messages sent to the mysql-help mailing list and places them into a mysql db. Currently, there are about 315 messages in the db (I had almost 2000 but I messed up and deleted them from my POP account before they were properly inserted, D'OH!!) and adding about 10 to 15 per hour. This db could be helpful by allowing people to find previously posted answers to their current questions. This will be much faster than posting a message and waiting. The system is new and thus will have a glitch or 2 but seems to work well. Please go ahead and check it out and critique away. Suggestions and criticism are gladly accepted.
