There are a multitude of headers to send about caching, for different
browsers and intermediary servers, in order to convince them *all* not to
cache something.
And no matter what you do, some screwball somewhere will be ignoring all
those headers and will still cache the damn thing. :-(
Search the code archives for "Cache-control".
Then search for any other headers you find with that answer.
And keep searching until you find no more cache/datetime related headers.
Use every damn cache/datetime/expiration header you can find.
