PHP 4 on OpenBSD?

I've read on
http://oreilly.linux.com/pub/a/bsd/2000/10/17/OpenBSD.html
that there are several bugs in PHP regarding OpenBSD.
What's the current state of this? I'd like to set up an
application on the OpenBSD/Apache/PHP 4 combination, but
will look for a different OS if necessary (other BSD systems
primarily). Is PHP on *BSD ok, or should I go for other
Unix?
