setup sendmail to run a shell script (or program) when a certain email

that shell script/program can decipher the 'remove' (or whatever command(s))

Subject: [PHP] Remove from MySQL with email
Hi.
Has anyone invented this wheel?
I'd like a pointer to a script that removes someone from the MySQL database
if they send an email message to a specific address with "remove" somewhere
in it.
Any help GREATLY appreciated.
Yours,
Murph
