Urgent help with frames,javascript and php

In one frame I have 2 selectboxes. Now, when I submit, I need to get the
selected values of the select boxes to the second frame, then, according
to what was selected in the select boxes, I need to make a mysql_query in
the frame which just got these values. And now I need to show the
information. I guess here is some sort of refresh needed. Some identical
code would be the most helpful, butI`d appreraciate any help you can give
me about it.
