Unless PayPal arbitrarily decides they don't like you, and shuts down
your account, holding all your money in it, and you with NO RECOURSE,
as they are not a bank and are not subject to banking law.
Do some basic research here, and manage your cash flow carefully with
PayPal.
Never leave more in a PayPal account than you are willling to walk
away from, as far as I can tell...
