Need help on makeing php

To All Helpers: Platform: Solaris 2.6 with Apache 1.3.14 and sybase 11.9.2 I run configure fine with following parameter: ./configure --with-apxs=/usr/local/apache/bin/apxs --with-sybase=/opt/sybase1109 --enable-force-cgi- redirect --enable-discard-path --enable-calendar --with-ndbm --enable-ftp --enab le-sysvsem --enable-sysvshm --enable-versioning But I got the following error when I tried to run make command: d: fatal: library -lsybdb: not found ld: fatal: library -lsybdb: not found ld: fatal: File processing errors. No output written to .libs/libphp4.so make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `libphp4.la' Current working directory /usr/local/php-4.0.3pl1 make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `all-recursive' I did check the /opt/sybase1109/lib and /opt/sybase1109/include and there are sybdb.h in include directory. # cd lib # ls examples.so libcs.so libintl.a libsrv_r.a libtli.so libblk.a libcs_r.a libintl.so libsrv_r.so libtli_r.so libblk_r.a libcs_r.so libintl_r.a libsybdb.a sybsyesp.so libcomn.a libct.a libintl_r.so libsybdb.so xpsmsgs.so libcomn.so libct.so libsdce.so libtcl.a libcomn_r.a libct_r.a libskrb.so libtcl.so libcomn_r.so libct_r.so libsrv.a libtcl_r.a libcs.a libddce.so libsrv.so libtcl_r.so # cd .. # cd include # ls bkpublic.h cstypes.h oserror.h sqlda.h sybdb.h syblogin.h csconfig.h ctpublic.h ospublic.h srv.h syberror.h cspublic.h oscompat.h sqlca.h srverror.h sybfront.h # I have searched the archive and found similar problem but with no response.
