I am getting "Warning: OCILobRead: ORA-24801: illegal parameter value in OCI lob function

when I call OCIFetchInto($Statement,$Results,OCI_ASSOC+OCI_RETURN_LOBS)
I started getting this message after I moved from PHP3 to PHP4.
Is OCI_ASSOC+OCI_RETURN_LOBS invalid ? Please reply to oleg@inforocket.com
