This is all well and good (and I wish I could use it), but I do not
have the capability to recompile PHP and indeed my superiors
are hesitant to do anything that may mess with our production
webserver (and that includes compiling new binaries). So I'm
pretty much relegated to doing with fopen(). I know it can
work. I've seen people talk about it and I've even gotten it to
work elsewhere. However, it's not working here (even using
similar code to what I was using for the page that works) and I
do not know why. :(
