Get rid of that funky ü character first -- It probably isn't spec for
an email. You may be able to get that character somehow, but not like that.
That's the HTML way to do it, not the e-mail way.
Then be sure you have an SMTP server installed... Does Win2K come with one?
If not, I hear "Pegasus", a shareware email client, has a command-line
option and can sort of work as an SMTP server for low-volume needs. Maybe
http://pegasus.usa.net or some URL like that.
