No, this is not what I want.
1) I'd like to keep the max_file_upload value;
2) I'd like to include a $MAX_FILE_SIZE HTTP variable in the script
which is less than the max_file_upload;
3) I do not want to change to global PHP configuration.
So I'd just like to suppress the warning.
