Hi everyone,
I am running into problems with PHP 3.0.17 when I compile it with
PostgreSQL and/or MySQL support. After restarting the http daemon
(Apache 1.3.14) some PHP pages are not interpreded correctly. I get
error messages like: "cannot find include file 'äöP@)' in line ..."
I have compiled PHP only with the --with-apxs option and everything
worked fine. As soon as I add --with-mysql=/path or --pgsql=/otherpath
the problem occurs. When compiling with --msql=/thirdpath things are
fine. I have not found anything about this in the (annotated)
manual, the FAQ or the archives.
I am running selfcompiled software on a Debian 2.2 system (no Apache,
Postgres, or MySQL debs installed).
Does anyone have any idea about what may cause this behaviour?
Cheers -- Stephan
