I unfortunatly never got around to figuring out how SQL's date command
worked. I use utc its easier.
<?
$time = time();
$date = getdate( $r["time"] );
// store $time in the db
?>
It was simpler for me. I can do things like this.
<?
if ( time() > $time)
// do something;
?>
