making duplicate tables?

Hello.. Can I ask for a little advice. I will be building a program which will use a new table each week.. Using php and mysql, would it be best to use a generic table and create multiple copies as needed, or build them on the fly. I am leaning toward copying. It this possible or is there perhaps even a third or fourth way? Thanks in advance. Floyd Baker --
