I'm sending these headers:
      header('Cache-Control: no-cache, must-revalidate'); // HTTP/1.1
      header('Expires: Mon, 26 Jul 1997 05:00:00 GMT'); // Date in the past
I don't remember where I took them from, but they are working fine for me.

Probably not relevant to the problem, but 26 Jul 1997 was a Saturday not a Monday. -Stut -- http://stut.net/
