Hi,
I need some advice or a suggestion on how I could solve this problem, it may
just be a simple peice of code I haven`t thought of but any help is
appreciated. I have created a form-database system, once a user has gone
through the system the admin staff can then open up a file which will show
them a template and then this is filled with info from the db via a Select
statement which calls all documents with a Printed value of N, the
administrator then prints the document, once printed they click a button at
the bottom which updates the record and changes the value Printed to Y and
then moves to the next record in the DB. This system worked great but now the
people I have created this for have more than one administrator so if they
both use the system the chances of them printing the same info is very high,
anyone have an idea on how I can get around this as I am stumped.
Thanks in advance
Ade
