Is > there another implementation of SOAP or another way to possibly get > SOAP going in such a restrictive environment? i've downloaded PEAR packages before and used them manually. all PEAR is is PHP object code modules in a central place. nothing special, really. you just have to tweak some script paths and you can use include/require on the files like normal.
