PHP in CGI mode under IIS4?

Is there a way of getting PHP 4.0.3pl1 to run in CGI mode on a IIS4?
And how do I invooke it from my scripts and pages?
I am running it as a isapi now, but after upgrading to 4.0.3pl1 I get some
really strange errors.
