ApacheBench + PHP and Failed requests ?

Hi,
I would like to know if someone is able to tell me why when I call php
pages with ApacheBench I get :
Complete requests : 21
Failed requests : 20
(Connect: 0, Length: 20, Exceptions: 0)
Could you explain me what are the Failed requests I have ?
What can I do to correct this trouble ?
If I call classical HTML I get FAILED request : 0 ...
