Hey Guys...
I am trying to Load data from an external tab
delimited file into mysql database table...::
Below is my code but it always show error on line 4.
Can anybody point me to my mistake...please.
This is the only way I can load my data into the table
coz I don't have access to mysql server directly from
the command prompt.
<?php
$r = mysql_connect("localhost");
$query "load data infile
'c:/mysql/bin/data/airlines.txt' into table airlines
fields terminated by '\t'";
$exec = mysql_db_query("dummy",$query);
if($exec)
{
echo "Success";
}
else
{
echo "Could not complete your request master";
}
?>
Eagerly waiting for replies.....
Thanx!
Dhaval Desai
