email link at the email message

Hi all, I have tried to put the mail link that will write out to the mail message when the form get submitted, the code below is juts part of the whole thing. However the outcome does not quite work perfectly like I wanna see ( as shown below as well). Is there anything I did wrong? The code is here: $linkToApp = "https://www.manageasy.com/" .
