Hi, i try to compile php with gettext on a debian 2.2 system.
The php is the latest one, gettext: i tried both the debian supplied one, and
the 2 version that are currently in the gnu/gettext dir at your local gnu.org
mirror. I tried to compile with:
./configure --with-zlib --with-mm=../mm-1.0.12 --with-mysql \
--with-mcal=/opt/webmail --with-imap=../imap2000 --with-gettext=/opt/webmail \
--with-db3 \
--with-apache=../apache_1.3.14 --with-mcrypt=/opt/webmail
The errors I get is
checking whether to include GNU gettext support... yes
checking for bindtextdomain in -lintl... no
checking for bindtextdomain in -lc... no
configure: error: Unable to find required gettext library
Any clues? Please?
