Judging by the .php3 extension in your POST, this is happening with
PHP 3.x only?
If so, try the latest snapshot from snaps.php.net. There was some
multipart/form-data funkiness a while back.
Other than that, try sending the out put to a different page, or take
out everything but a simple <?php print 'worked'; ?> and see if the
problem still exists.
