Thanks for the link. I was unaware of this process. I just tried to follow
the instructions to no avail. The httpd binary is in /usr/local/apache/bin
so since it runs as 'nobody' I did a chmod 777 /usr/local/apache/bin. I ran
httpd -X and then accessed the page. It didn't create a core file. Then I
followed the instructions "If you can't get a core file" and ran gdb
/usr/local/apache/bin/httpd. When I typed run -X, it started and then
stopped with the following message: Program exited with code 01.
Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong???
