I use windows NT to develop php script locally and then I upload to
the production server running Apache 1.3.11 - PHP 3.0.14 on BSDI
BSD/OS 4.1.
Well for the first time in over one year of activity with PHP I found
a situation in which a script works well on the windows machine but
absolutely doesn't work on the Unix machine.
The following simple code:
<?php
$S = file ("http://www.anyhost.com/anyfile.htm");
for ($i = 1; $i < count ($S); $i++) echo $S[$i].'<BR>';
?>
on the Unix machine gives the error:
> Undefined error: 0 in /v/www/tests/test23.php on line 2
Any suggestion ?
Thanks in advance.
