browser doesn`t refresh

I installed all the server stuff(apache-php4-mysql) to my pc and right
now I`m testing my pages mostly with IE5.5(mostly==starting from
today). But one problem has come up. I can refresh my site as many times
as i want to, it even seems to refresh, but it doesn`t, it still leaves
the old version up, and that makes the testing pretty useless. Any ideas
what the problem might be?
