how can i send a newsletter?? :(

Hi all, I want to offer people coming to my website option to subscribe to different newsletters. Now I can put the info in a table, so on a row i gives me their email address, and says yes or no to various columns. How can I put enter some text into a text area for a certain newsletter subject, and have php email it out depending on whether ppl said yes or no for that column?? Or is there a better way of doing this??? Also, would it put a lot of load on my machine if i'm virtual hosting?? Thanks ppl! /Sunny __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
