Ok, this is mostly a newbie question, but the PHP documentation lists a bunch of MS SQL functions,
then I notice that phplib also has a ms sql version of the db classes, and the windows version of
PHP has a mssql65.dll and a mssql70.dll library to connect to mssql.
Under unix, how does one "turns on" mssql support?
About all other databases have their --with options to compile PHP, except MS SQL.
What do I do to use a ms sql DB from Unix? Or is that function set only available inder Windows? Or
do I have to compile with the --with-iodbc and use ODBC instead?
