Setting Up PHPLIB

Hi, Im trying to set up PHPLIB on my ISS server. (Windows 2000) I have done it but it is not working, when I test it is brings up this error message. Fatal error: Call to undefined function: page_open() in c:\inetpub\wwwroot/gauree/pages/index.php3 on line 16 Wich sounds to me like it is not includeing the library... If so I have no idea why. I have done everything in the installation guide... Could someone help?
