Default preferences between PHP 3 and 4 changed. Run phpinfo() to make sure
ODBC Support is "enabled."
If that isn't it, perhaps remove the "'s around $conn?
By the way, I'm running PHP 4.0.3 under Apache on NT. ODBC works fine. I
doubt it's a binary thing.
Good luck,
