Hi,
This is not something that is happening to me it's of someone from Italian
PHP mailing List.
Here's the problem (I guess it's a rear one) : Variables Completely
disappear.
example (of that guy)
file1.php:
<?
echo '<A HREF="file2.php?var=whatever">Link</A>';
?>
file2.php:
<?
echo $var;
?>
Simple isn't it? But the guy claims it doesn't work for him.
We advised him to use HTTP_GET_VARS, GLOBALS, isset() but he still claims
that it doesn't help anything.
Is that real?
I mean, how could that happen?
Where is his problem?
I haven't even imagined that something like this could ever happen.
I am still waiting for him to tell me more about his system and what does
his phpinfo() say..
Any ideas gurus?
Cheers,
