Don't tell anyone, but one of my sites (www.impactradio.com) uses
frames as a gateway to third party content on a couple of the radio
stations. I'd hate to admit I built it that way after all the
complaining I've done about how I hate frames, but it does work just
fine. Almost all of the central site and foru radio stations is done
with php, and I use a Netscape browser all the time.
Also PHPMyAdmin, a PHP program to manage MySQL databases works just
fine here too.
