Mysqladmin - User Admin script I made

Hey guys.. got something for ya. My boss at work recently asked me if I could make him something that would make it more simpler to add users to the mysql server and add it to what was existing to the mysqladmin from phpwizard.net well I did it and I think it works great. I have made the script (1 file) available for anyone to download and add to their mysqladmin if they are tired of haveing to pull out the manual to remmember how to add one user. The script can only be accessed by the root or admin user. Depends on who ever you specify ( you will see in the script when you downlaod ) The script makes it easy to EDIT, DELETE and ADD new users and give them access to only one database in one simple step. No more haveing to remmember the steps and it was developed for the new MYSQLADMIN 2.1.0 which is a very nice upgrade as it is.
