Hey PHP listers,
I am wondering about cURL (http://curl.haxx.se/)....
Way back on 16 Jul 2000 Sterling Hughes wrote:

Has anyone else noticed this? I ask because currently I am kicking cURL off
using exec(). It is my understanding that using exec() is an expensive
operation and I have been considering recompiling PHP with --with-curl[=DIR]
so I can use the PHP cURL functions instead of using exec().
