PHP3+Apache+Oracle setup - almost working

It's finally time to move everything from the development environment to production (php3+Xitami on W95 + Postgres on RH6.2 --> php3+Apache1.3 on RH6.2 + Oracle7.3) PHP and Apache on the webserver work fine, and using Oracle's SQLPlus we can access the Oracle machine from the webserver However, using $conn = OCILogon("name","pass","SID") I'm getting the error Warning: oci8_open_server: Error while trying to retrieve text for error ORA-12154 And using $conn = ora_logon("name@SID","pass"); I'm getting the error Warning: Unable to connect to ORACLE (Error while trying to retrieve text for error ORA-12154) My best guess is a priveleges/owner/group problem=2E My Oracle knowledge is quite limited, so does anyone know of some very specific resources for getting info for a setup such as this?
