sybase_connect PHP3

Hi I have installed Sybase on SuSE Linux 4.6. I have compiled PHP3.0 with Sybase-connection. I have installed this on apache. If i write sybase_connect(...); in a html-document, then i received the message: The dokument contained no data. Try it again, or please contact the server's administrator. All other sybase_... commands without sybase_connect(..) print the default error_message, that no connection exist. I think it's works.
