File problem

Hello there,
I have been testing our becoming webshop in my own Windows 98 box, Apache and PHP. It worked
excellent, no problems. But just after I transferred the system to our ISP's server, the script
causes following errors:

Warning: open_basedir restriction in effect. File is in wrong directory. in sessions.inc on line 13
Warning: fopen("./data/sesdata/895a7ba87e7ec5369b702f3aed9ef786.dat","w+") - No
such file or directory in sessions.inc on line 13

What's the problem? I'm sure that there is required directories. The file should be
created if it's not created yet, but as I have understood "w+" does that. And whole
problem appeared since the script files were moved to ISP's server, everything works fine in my
local machine.
